Pep talk with the ovaries...

I went in for my follie check this am and I have one follicle measuring 18mm on my left side. She said there might be another one on that side but didnt tell me the measurement of that one. She was really surprised to see me respond that well at cd 12. They like the follicle to be 20mm before you trigger. My lining was 8.7 and she said that was really good too....

So they are suppose to call me to either come back in tomorrow or Saturday. Go left ovary!! Will you please please do what you are suppose to so I can get this show on the road!! Really surprised it was my left ovary that worked. I always feel ovulation on my right side but never my left.

Its crazy sitting in that room by yourself waiting for the ultrasound tech to come on. Your mind is running thinking about everything that could go wrong. Im sitting there half naked begging my ovaries and the lining of my uterus to be up to par! So thank you so much body for being there for me when I needed you!!! Because you know you have been slacking the last 8 months!!

Ps. Just got a called from the RE Im going back tmrw to check follie size! Oh man Im nervous!

Wooohooo.....

Today I did my HSG test and the Doctor that performed the test said everything was clear. Plus I called the RE and got my cd 3 b/w and that was normal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So OB/GYN I just want to thank you for all the stress you put me thru the past few months having me think that I was possibly going into early menopause.

On a not TTC note Im totally back to running!! It feels so good to be able to run and not hurt the next day! This past week even out of town I ran a total of 13 miles this week! I have 3 weeks til my 3rd half marathon and boy do I hope I do ok!

We enjoyed North Carolina and was so sad I didnt get to meet Sulfa and Jesswheels. Spent some great quality time with my SIL! Wished she didnt live so far away and hope soon she will station at Fort Hood a few hours away from us! I will post pictures of our trip soon!

Stressed alittle......

Hope everyone is having a great week! Well I filled my prescriptions yesterday for the clomid and doxycyline(for the hsg). The clomid was covered by my insurance and was only $19!!! But I got a call from my insurance and the Ovidrel trigger shot was not covered. They have to overnight the meds to me and it will cost $90.

Im kind of freaking out about money stuff right now because we have to pay $1475.00 in taxes on the 18th. Now wishing I would have paid half now and half later but what can you do. All this traveling that we are doing has drained our acct alittle bit. Every single time I go to my RE's office I have to pay a $50 copay.

So my plan is after we get back from North Carolina Im going to work like a freak train. Picking up extra here and there. I need to have a garage sale but dont have a clue when I have time for that. Really wished I wasnt dealing with all this stress right now.. But I guess this is life.

We have Appointments and Plans!!!!

Ok B/W and ultrasound is tomorrow at 10am. Getting prescription for clomid but not sure the dose yet. Made my appt for the HSG for April 12th at 3 pm!! John and I are getting our pictures done in the morning time on that day for our first anniversary so it will be a very busy day.

I have so many emotions going into all of this but mostly excited!! Trying to not get my hopes up for this first round of Clomid but you know that is really hard to do. Just going to try to keep myself busy which is the case until then.

We leave Thursday the 7th for North Carolina to see John's sister. We are so excited to see her and to spend our First Anniversay April 10th out of town and run a 5k with her!! Then I hope at some point while Im there I get to meet the famous Sulfababy and Jesselayne!

So much to look forward too..........

The need to RUN

John signed us up for a 1/2 marathon In May!!!! Im so stoked and ready to get back to running like I use too! This go around Im only going to run 3 days instead of 5 and ride my back or do workout videos for the other two days. Since we are doing treatment stuff with the RE I dont want to go overboard.

The last race I did was this past Sept a Full Marathon in Montana. So Im so ready to hit the pavement and get the runners high!!! We will be running around one of my favorite places White Rock Lake!! After the race we will be driving down to Austin to meet some girls from The Bump. Very excited about that!!!

So here is to training and enjoying nature!!!

Last of Prometrium.... and a Vent!

Last night was my last pill and Im oh so happy... Now I just have my fingers crossed that I start before I go out of town on Thursday! I need to get b/w and a ultrasound on CD 3! Then the fun of Clomid.

I also wanted to note that I heart my BFPB's. When Im down they pick me up. They know what Im going thru and understand. They know exactly what to say to make me smile! Have no clue how I got so lucky to run into these girls!!!

I miss posting on the bump. I havent had hardly anytime to do much other than work. I moved over to 3T and the ladies there are so wonderful. I miss TTGP board though so I decided Im going to still post there to but not as much as I was....

Im so mad right now because I did this really hard course at work for my job and bombed the test. I have the worst test anxiety ever I swear. I knew a bit of the information and got a dang 58 on it. Thank goodness some of the other Respiratory Therapist that were there with me didnt pass either so we can drown in our sorrows together. It was the hardest test I think Ive ever taken. It was just way to much info for two days. Ok vent over.

Man I feel better!!!
